Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Stress, work motivation, and work dicipline on employee performance at the Lumajang District Education dan Culture Sevice. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey method and data collection is carried out through questionnaires to employees of the Education and Culture Service. The number of employees in this research sample was 120 people. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression show that work stress has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work dicipline has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
